A 46ha wine Estate that have won a prestigious Santam Classic Wine Trophy award for their 2008 and 2009 Sauvignon Blanc is situated at the foot of the Klein Rivier Mountain range and is on the busy R43 only 17km from Hermanus. There are three income sources such as wine, bottled natural spring water and Olives. The following improvements can be made to provide more income sources such as:- a restaurant - Most facilities are already in place for a restaurant, cottages can be converted into a bed and breakfast and more olive trees can be planted to produce olive oil. There is a fully equipped cellar that produces 80,000 liters of award winning wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Simenon and Mouvdre.
